This Privacy Policy explains how RetroLOL, a mobile application from Jurupa Labs, handles information. RetroLOL is designed around a simple, local-first experience and does not require users to create an account.

RetroLOL may use Google Play services and other technical services needed to distribute app content, process purchases, and operate the application. Those providers may process limited device, transaction, or technical information according to their own privacy policies. Jurupa Labs does not sell users’ personal information or use RetroLOL for targeted advertising.

RetroLOL is designed to keep user-created content and downloaded app content on the user’s device. Because RetroLOL does not provide user accounts, Jurupa Labs does not maintain an account profile that users need to request deletion of. Users can remove locally stored RetroLOL data by deleting their created files or uninstalling the app.

RetroLOL does not require an account and does not ask users to provide personal information such as a name, email address, phone number, or profile information. Subtitle text entered into RetroLOL is used to create the user’s video and is processed as part of the app experience. Jurupa Labs does not use that text to build user profiles or for advertising
